We are looking for people who are excellent team players, can carry out site construction inspections and are comfortable in client meetings and at design risk workshops. You will have a mentor who you can shadow and who you will be supporting and learning from. Candidates must have construction experience, ideally a minimum of 3 years. Ex-CDM-Coordinators are welcome, design understanding and experience is required, however you do not need to be a designer yourself. You will work as part of a close-knit team of consultants on several of their projects delivering advice and guidance, but with support and technical leadership from a Senior member of the team.
You will work in an environment that encourages you to be creative and share ideas with a community of open minded and highly skilled colleagues. You will be supported not only by a team of exceptional Engineers and Revit Technicians, but also by Senior Management who will be eager to guide and help you prosper.
You will have
To be successful as CDM Advisor you will ideally be a Member of the Association for Project Safety and hold a minimum of NEBOSH Construction Certificate. Any fire experience would be advantageous.
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in construction health and safety
- APS membership (desirable)
- Full Driving Licence
