You will like
The job is not ‘just admin’ but is a key customer services (call centre or contact centre) job dealing with aftersales support for customers of technical products and appliances. You will be communicating by phone & email, liasing between the customer, field service engineers, suppliers and manufacturers and assisting with spare parts ordering and parts distribution to engineers. Specifically to identify products faults and corrective actions, order & allocate parts and update the CRM system, i.e WIP job status changes on web based job management system, run reports, monitor KPI's/SLA's, problem solving & complaints resolution.
You will have
Good exerience in customer service contact centre, service desk or similar environments, ideally in engineering, electronics appliances or related technical industry. OR an ex-engineer looking for an office based role would be great! Geat work ethic and good work record in terms of attendance, punctuality. You will need to be experienced with Microsoft products including Word and Excel. You will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills and ability to complete administration tasks quickly and accurately. You will be a flexible committed team player and be able to think on your feet and thrive under pressure.
You will get
£8PH-£10PH negotiable on experience, so roughly £16K-£18K PA, flexible full-time hours, and a rewarding permanent job in a supportive team and a successful company!
