As well as leading the provision of technical consultancy to clients, you will work closely with the Directors to take an active role in business development and the commercial management of the business. This will involve the management and programming of designated projects. You will need to provide the highest standards of technical excellence and quality of presentation consistent with a top-class safety orientated consultancy. You will also act as a mentor within the team, offering coaching and guidance to assist others in their professional development.
You will have
We are looking for experienced fire engineers who have a proven track record of delivering innovative fire safety solutions with a sharp commercial focus. The successful candidate will need to possess a deep technical knowledge; and have a passion for business development and mentoring others.
- At least 5 years’ experience of delivering fire engineering solutions to clients
- CEng qualified or equivalent
- Experience of leading complex projects on time and to budget
- Experience of building relationships with a wide variety of senior stakeholders
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Experience of coaching and mentoring is desirable
