The Inside Sales Specialist job, where you will act as business review specialist, in agreement sales where your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Regular consultation with our customers.
- Perform Business Review with customer via Skype or phone using our Customer Portal with a goal of expanding the service agreement and securing the renewal.
- Carrying out follow up calls and management of the Sales Funnel through use of our CRM software ensuring cases are up to date and at the correct stage.
- ·This role will have the responsibility for meeting assigned sales targets and will require close collaboration with our Branch managers across the UK.
- Creating sales leads based upon consultations with our customers and assigning leads to correct sales resources.
You will have
To be succesful as Inside Inside Sales Specialist you will have:
- Good IT skills.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- The ability to focus on meeting performance targets /deadlines.
- Be accurate and pays attention to detail.
- Be organised and self-motivated person.
- Sales related experience
- Computer Literate
- SAP experience preferable
- Analytical skills
- Proactive person
- Able to add value to our customers business.
