The Quantity Surveyor role itself which involves end-to-end QS responsibilities for jobs in South West. The successful candidate will complete and manage sub-contracts for roads, drainage, services,and external works . Specific responsibilities include, site visits & inspections, producing costs budgets and variations, completing cost & valuation reports, final accounts, maximizing profit, cash flow and revenue forecasting, procurement and letting sub-contracts, certifying payments, assisting with tender proces, producing BOQ and general commercial stewardship.
You will have
Previous experience as a QS in civil or groundworks sector will be ideal within a commercial / residential project environment. Ideally HNC / HND qualified in QS / Quantity Surveying or equivalent. CSCS Card. Good attitude, integrity and work ethic. Plus decent IT skills in MS Office & industry specific software.
